In Berlin, a group of individuals posing as police officers staged an armed robbery at an apartment and stole approximately €100,000 in cash. According to Bild, the incident occurred when criminals called to the 17th-floor apartment and falsely identified themselves as law enforcement officials.

The residents opened the door, only to be met by attackers who used a gas spray, struck the woman with a weapon, and inflicted knife wounds on her husband. Following this assault, the perpetrators stole approximately €100,000 in cash and attempted to flee. One of the suspects was apprehended at the scene – the victims’ sons held him until police arrived. The remaining individuals escaped.

The Berlin Police Department has launched an investigation into the incident and is working to identify other suspects. Details regarding the condition of the injured individuals have not yet been released.
